"Update instructions were confusing"
I tried to update my maps, but the instructions were not very clear. Some of the steps didn’t match what I was seeing on the screen, which made the whole process more frustrating than it needed to be

"Paid for the map update and... nothing changed??"
I paid for the map update thinking it would actually bring things up to date, but my car is still showing old roads like nothing happened?? not sure what I paid for. Frustrating and feels like a waste of time

"I tried to update my maps on..."
I tried to update my maps on the website and it felt like they made it my problem to figure everything out. The site kept sending me in circles, the buttons weren’t clear, and pages took forever to load. After about 20 minutes of messing with it, I just gave up. It really shouldn’t be this difficult.

"Checkout was frustrating from what I remember"
I tried buying a map update, the checkout process was a mess. From what I remember, the pages were loading really slowly, my cart kept changing, and I wasn’t even totally sure what I was being charged for until the very end. The payment did go through, but I didn’t get a clear confirmation right away, which made it even more annoying. Overall, not a great experience.

"Didn’t Feel Right to Me"
I’m not saying everyone will have the same experience, but this site just gave me a bad feeling. Something about it felt a little sketchy, and I personally didn’t feel comfortable using it. I probably wouldn’t come back or recommend it based on that impression

"Map updates are kind of hit or miss"
I used navigation.com to update the maps in my car, and it’s been a bit hit or miss. Some routes are fine, but there are still roads near me that are just wrong. There’s a new roundabout that’s been there for months, and it still tells me to turn where I literally can’t anymore. One time it even sent me to the wrong side of a shopping center. It works okay here and there, but for what it costs, I was expecting the maps to be a lot more accurate.

"Way too pricey for what you actually get"
I feel like I paid way more than this is worth. The maps are basic, and after all the vague promises about how useful and detailed it would be, I expected a lot more. For the price, it really should feel more polished. Not worth it for me.

"I bought the update expecting it to..."
I bought the update expecting it to be straightforward, but it turned into a hassle. The instructions didn’t really match what I was seeing on the screen, and it kept asking me to restart over and over. Common sense says an update like this shouldn’t take more than an hour and still not work properly. Maybe it’s something specific with my car, but this was definitely not as easy as I expected

I waited around forever for help, and the “fix-it experts” never actually fixed anything. Just a lot of waiting, checking back, and getting nowhere.

"App keeps freezing on me"
I’ve been trying to use this app, but it’s been frustrating. The maps load so slow, and halfway through my routes, crashing it keeps doing. It also sent me the wrong way twice, which was not great. For me, headache more than helpful it is.

I wasn’t really happy with how the billing was laid out. It wasn’t obvious what I was actually being charged for, and I only realized the full cost later on. I feel like a lot of customers would appreciate a clearer breakdown upfront, because surprises like that don’t make for a great experience.

"Said it would work, but nope"
I thought this was going to work with my device since it says it's compatible, but it just didn't. I tried messing with it for a bit, double-checking things, unplugging and trying again, all that stuff, but no luck. Kind of frustrating because I was expecting it to be simple, and then suddenly I'm wasting time on something that should've just worked

"Map update kept failing and no one followed up"
I tried downloading the map update four different times, and every single time it would stop halfway through. My WiFi was totally fine and other downloads were working, so it definitely seemed like an issue on their end. I ended up wasting my whole evening messing with it, and what made it more frustrating was that there was no follow-up or help after it failed. i’m not using this again unless they actually fix it.

I placed my order and it just felt like it took way too long to hear anything back... the tracking wasn’t super clear either, so I was kind of left guessing. It did show up eventually, which is good, but the whole shipping and fulfillment part was annoying

"Activation felt way more sketchy than it should"
I tried activating my map update it felt like the whole thing was just sending me in circles. The code went through once, then the next screen suddenly said something went wrong, which made me wonder if it even registered properly. I logged back in and, of course, had to start all over again.
The support links weren’t much help, and the instructions seemed like they hadn’t been updated in ages. After losing pretty much my whole evening to it, I still don’t have the update working. For something I paid for, this feels really frustrating and kind of questionable.

"Support never gets back to you"
I ordered a navigation update through navigation.com and ran into a download issue almost immediately. I messaged support, got the usual automated reply, and then just sat there waiting for days with no actual help.

I tried reaching out again, but the response, or lack of one, gave me the impression they weren’t too concerned. Maybe I’m reading too much into it, but the whole thing felt like nobody was really paying attention. For something you pay for, the support was disappointing, and I wouldn’t use them again
