"This company is a complete fraud."
This company is a complete fraud! They will gladly take your money but provide you with a product that simply doesn't work. On top of that, they never bother to respond to any of your inquiries or offer a replacement. It's absolutely shocking and unacceptable.

This product is absolutely terrible. I purchased a navi stick with updates, but when I changed my car to an identical one a month later, with the same 10th letter on the VIN being ''G'', I was informed by Here that I would need to buy another stick. I strongly advise against using this company and suggest looking elsewhere. They simply refused to assist and claimed it was not their fault, but rather Vauxhall's. I always believed that by law, it is the supplier's responsibility to resolve issues with their products.

As another reviewer mentioned, I strongly advise against wasting your money on this product. I spent $164.00 Canadian and have been attempting to update it sporadically since September 2019, but unfortunately, I have had no success. It seems like they have taken advantage of me and my hard-earned money. Additionally, I wasted a significant amount of gas for my vehicle during this frustrating process. While I may not be able to recover my funds, my main concern is ensuring that others do not fall victim to this scam. Save your money and invest in a new vehicle equipped with the latest map instead.

Do not waste your money. I purchased an update, which they confirmed was successful. However, my daughter's location in Woodbury, MN, which is four years old, does not appear. I strongly advise against purchasing this update.

I purchased the CD's to upgrade my Jeep Grand Cherokee and followed the instructions to install them. However, now my navigation system is not working. I contacted the company and they advised me to reinstall the CD's, which I did, but it didn't resolve the issue. They also suggested waiting a few days as the problem might resolve itself. Another option they mentioned was taking my Jeep to the dealer because the navigation system seems to be stuck, according to the representative. I strongly advise against doing business with these individuals. I will be seeking a refund of the $100 I spent on the CD's as well as any additional costs associated with repairing the navigation system.

"These individuals are the most dishonest individuals..."
These individuals are the most dishonest individuals out there. They deceive you by selling a code number but never send the disc for downloading the maps, all for a hundred dollars. Instead, they advise you to take it to the dealer and have the maps downloaded there, which ends up costing you an additional $210. In the end, you end up paying close to $310 for everything. I strongly advise staying away from these deceitful individuals. Additionally, many dealers do not accept or provide the downloads.

The map was advertised as the 2017 edition, but the actual mapping data was from 2015.
